Dr. Tubin is the Orthopaedic division chief and is a fellowship trained Orthopaedic surgeon practicing in Sudbury at Health Sciences North.

He completed his medical school at the University of Ottawa in 1989. He then completed his Orthopaedic surgery residency at the University of Ottawa in 1995 and later completed a fellowship in adult reconstructive surgery in 1996. He then moved to Sudbury and has been in general Orthopaedic practice since then.

Dr. Tubin's interests are in total hip and total knee replacement surgery, including complex revision surgery and direct anterior total hip surgery and also partial unicondylar knee replacement surgery.

Referrals are accepted through the North Eastern Joint assessment centre and directly to his office.
